Funky Buddha Brewery’s unfiltered German-style wheat beer is its number-one core beer. It’s full on flavor yet light on the palate. Hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves. This is a super-easy recipe, which is how Hefeweizen ought to be. We’ve scaled the recipe to 5 gallons (19 liters) and assume 72 percent brewhouse efficiency.
