7 lb (3.18 kg) Pale Malt
4 lb (1.81 kg) Marris Otter
1.5 lb (0.68 kg) British Medium Crystal I 47°
1.5 lb (0.68 kg) British Dark Crystal II 120°

HOPS SCHEDULE

1 oz (28 g) Nugget at 60 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Simcoe at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Nugget at 10 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Simcoe at 0 minutes
2 oz (57 g) Falconer’s Flight (dry hop) at 3 days before bottling/kegging

DIRECTIONS

Mash the grains at 152°F (67°C) for 60 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes.
