Oskar Blues Brewery Mama’s Little Yella Pils

**Aroma:** Light herbal hop aroma, but not much else. Some sweet malt hiding back there in the aroma. Clean and mild. **Flavor:** Nice hop flavors, fresh and juicy. Some mild oxidation in the not-quite-fresh malt. Light, heathery hop flavor. Low bitterness but the finish is nonetheless crisp and clean. **Overall:** Light and clean with excellent balance of malt and hops. Creamy mouthfeel. Would love more hop nose and bigger bitterness, but this is a very pleasant, approachable pils. Not even a little scary. Well balanced and easy to drink.

The Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co Industry Pils

Light sulfur note complements the classic Noble hops—lightly toasted white bread in the background—creating a familiar and enjoyable nose. Light, crisp, clean body. Hop flavor is slightly too conservative, but the bitterness provides a foundation to hold through the finish. Crazy drinkable. Before you know it, you're ordering a second, or perhaps third...

Oskar Blues Can-O-Bliss Tropical IPA

Classic pine/citrus hops aromas with a toast background, hints of fruity esters, and some sweetness. Not overly bitter, so the lighter malty/fruity notes can linger a bit. Perhaps a bit sweet. In the realm of lighter American IPAs.
