“Moderate apricot, toasted marshmallow, guava, and grapefruit aroma with spicy fennel, lemongrass, and sumac. The flavors warm up with some ethanol and bready malt sweetness. Medium-high rounded bitterness with grapefruit peel, pepper, and light peach/mango.”

Moksa In Good Company

Medium-intensity tropical notes—overripe pineapple—with dull chives and chalky minerality, resin, and pepper. Mild bready-sweet malt; firm, assertive bitterness. Dank resin, orange peel, garlic, and peppery hop in the finish.

“Grainy-sweet aroma, touch of floral hops. Corn-like, doughy malt sweetness outshines subtle lemon-floral hops. Spritzy across the palate. On the lighter side of complexity and body—somewhat flabby and sweet on the finish. Could be drier.”

New Realm Brewing Citrus Punch Helter Seltzer

Tropical-fruit aroma—mango, orange, apricot, lemon, peach, and a Sprite-like carbonic note. Flavors of lemon, mango, peach—lightly sweet. High carbonation. Finish is dry and crisp with a coppery metallic feeling on the tongue. Citrus come out more as it warms.

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
