**Aroma:** “A light earthy, grassy, piney, and spicy hops profile, with a touch of honey and moderate skunkiness and sulfur. Some sweet cracker, grain, and a little floral add some complexity to the nose.” **Flavor:** “Bitter and skunky notes up front that continue to grow well after the taste is over. The hops bitterness holds some pine and earthiness, as well as some floral tones, that carry through. Biscuit sweetness emerges toward the back, but is hidden by the strong hops.” **Overall:** “Although the malt hits at first, the piney and earthy characters of the hops are what linger. Enjoyable for those who like more bitter beers, but might be seen as off-balance.”

**Aroma:** “Low fruity esters of citrus and peach, with some floral and spicy hops notes as it opens up. Some background sulfur and mineral notes, with slight biscuit and a malt sweetness that sits in the back.” **Flavor:** “The malt sweetness surprises on the taste and carries through to the finish. Biscuit and honey-like sweetness up front with some peach esters throughout and complementary orange and lemon. The hops provide a nice complexity of spice and earthy character, and the carbonation finishes clean and dry.” **Overall:** “A curious beer with some unique flavors. Leans more malty, but still light and refreshing. The aroma is less hoppy than expected, with the mineral notes. Despite the generous head, the carbonation level seems a touch less lively than desired. The lingering hops bitterness is refreshing, makes me want another sip.”

**Aroma:** “Nice bread-like malt sweetness up front, with light hibiscus and honey, and a moderate floral note. A light toasty malt with smoky phenol and a slight sourness. Some yeasty sulfur, banana ester, and slight citrus notes.” **Flavor:** “The biscuit sweetness, a little honey, cracker, and malt make this complex but not too sweet. The floral hops character is nice, with just a bit of bitterness. Yeasty, with a bit of Laffy Taffy ester, and some mild smoky and spicy phenol. Slight lemony sourness combines with a bit of melon, for a semidry finish.” **Overall:** “Light and playful, with floral and light bitterness, and the moderate carbonation plays well with the body. A nice complexity that came together well.”
