"Strong peanut butter, light milk chocolate, banana. Light berry esters. Sweet, dark chocolate dominates flavor, with roasted nuts, bright cherry, and fig. Finishes fairly sweet, with lasting nutty chocolate aftertaste. Alcoholic warmth. A bit muddled and slightly unfocused."

Ecliptic Brewing BA Sedna Tiramisu Stout

Semisweet nose: coffee, cocoa, cinnamon. Sweet up front; lingering coffee and chocolate flow underneath. Smooth, appealing. Dry, roast-coffee finish with spicy barrel, which masks some softer traits.

Roast chocolate nose, mellow, like a dusting of dark cocoa powder on toasted cereal, with a pleasant fruity hop note. On the palate, the lush creamy texture is the star of the show. Hints of coffee, chocolate, and coconut—light sweetness and low hop-and-roast bitterness in harmony—dovetail through the finish. Creamy finish dries out nicely. Smooth and agreeable.
