Hops
- .75 oz Tradition (60 minutes)
- .5 oz Tradition (10 minutes)
Yeast
- Bavarian Lager (Wy 2206/2308) (WLP 833/838)
Mash at 150° for 60 minutes. Pitch two smack packs or one quart starter at 50° and hold at 52° for two weeks or until finished. Lager at 38° for three weeks and package.
