All Grain Recipe

Grain

  • 8 lbs Dark Munich
  • 1.5 lbs German Pilsner
  • .5 lbs Carafa II
  • .25 lbs Melanoiden Malt
  • .25 lbs Caraaroma

Hops

  • .75 oz Tradition (60 minutes)
  • .5 oz Tradition (10 minutes)

Yeast

  • Bavarian Lager (Wy 2206/2308) (WLP 833/838)

Mash at 150° for 60 minutes. Pitch two smack packs or one quart starter at 50° and hold at 52° for two weeks or until finished. Lager at 38° for three weeks and package.
