HOPS SCHEDULE

0.5 oz (14 g) Simcoe at 60 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Cascade at 15 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Kent Golding at 15 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Cascade at 5 minutes
1 oz (28 g) Kent Golding at 5 minutes

YEAST

American Ale (Wyeast 1056 or Wyeast 1450)

All-Grain Recipe

MALT/GRAIN BILL

10 lb (4.54 kg) Pale Malt
1 lb (0.45 kg) 60 L Crystal Malt
1 lb (0.45 kg) Flaked Barley
0.5 lb (227 g) 80 L Crystal Malt

DIRECTIONS

Mash the grains for 60 minutes at 154°F (68°C). Boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule.

Partial-Mash Recipe

MALT/GRAIN BILL

6 lb (2.72 kg) Pale Liquid Malt extract
2 lb (0.91 kg) Pale Malt
1 lb (0.45 kg) Flaked Barley
0.75 lb (340 g) 60 L Crystal Malt
0.5 lb (227 g) 80 L Crystal Malt

DIRECTIONS

Mash the grains for 60 minutes at 154°F (68°C). Boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule.

Extract Recipe

MALT/GRAIN BILL

Steep the grains for 30 minutes at 160°F (71°C). Boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule.
