“Deep brown; solid head retention, brilliant clarity. Elegant roast—chocolate malt, bread crust—and lovely floral hops. Initially crisp, rolling into full-flavored malty roast—toast, chocolate, coffee, light caramel; pronounced earthy-spicy hops meld well with the malt. Clean, refreshing.”

“Light toasted-bread-malt nose; bit of burnt crust and faint smoke. Sip is light, a touch under-carbed, pushing it sweeter while still a bit thin. Finishes with light hops and roast bitterness.”
