What our panel thought

Aroma: “Big sweet citrus, tangerine, pineapple, slight pine, light black pepper, light malt sweetness. Some nice complex fruit.”

Flavor: “This beer has a nice smooth character with some pineapple, lemon, orange, and pine character. The biscuit malt sweetness adds to this beer. It finishes with a slight bitterness that lingers, but isn’t overly bitter. The malt character has a faintly British aspect to it: nutty and caramely. Long, balanced finish is a good blend of sweet and bitter.”

Overall: “Fairly straightforward citrusy double IPA. Nice orange and pine character blends with a delightful malt body to deliver a well-integrated IPA experience. A great IPA to enjoy on its own or with a meal.”
