“Moderately low biscuity and bready notes start off the aroma, with light grassy notes chiming in; very soft floral hops flit through. Lots of biscuit, pie crust, and lightly toasted bread in the flavor. A smooth, light, balancing Noble-hop character brings hints of white pepper and background grass. Mild bitterness.”
