“Bright pink color and long-lasting head. Light, floral, perfumy nose, delicate plum. Refreshing tart, fruity flavor: bright plums, light cherry, lactic acid, and lemons. Plums most evident in finish, which carries a salty mineral bite. Tart and assertive finish with lingering tannins.”
