“Golden pour, big frothy white head. Pleasant citrus-floral hops integrate well with clean cracker-like malt and toast. Doughy malt. Spicy-lemon hops cutting through; some intriguing pepper notes lingering. Malt-forward, grainy-sweet finish. Could dial up carbonation and bitterness. Coalesces well, goes down easily.”

Has a very interesting rocky and robust head that is easy to rouse. Flavor balance is more toward sweetness, which pleasantly lingers into the finish. A very clean and smooth-tasting example that is a little one-dimensional. Would enjoy several pints of this on a hot summer day after mowing the lawn.

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
