“Green tobacco-like notes in the nose with hints of tar, wet hay, light fruit. Rustic and earthy with hints of smoke, leather, dried fruit, and a rich umami mushroom finish. Soft tartness lingers on the tongue as pineapple but blends well.”

**Aroma:** “Fruit characters comes through: peach, some orange, pineapple, apricot, pear, a touch of banana, and light strawberry. Lactic tartness is present but not overpowering. Sharp _Brett_ earthy notes add complexity.” **Flavor:** “Blend accentuates the fruit notes—big peach and apricot, moderate plum, pear, and tangerine, light pineapple—and the high carbonation gives it definition. Tartness and _Brett_ notes sit in the back with funk that isn’t overpowering. Bright acidity, quickly opens up to tangerine, ginger, and light mango. A light bit of leather and wood softens the edges. Nice lingering dry finish—extremely drinkable.” **Overall:** “The complex flavors seem to mesh and flow well together.
