  • 1 oz Mt Hood (60 minutes)
  • 2 oz Mt Hood (5 minutes)

Yeast

  • Belgian Golden Ale

Mash grains at 154 degrees for 1 hour.

  • 6 lbs Munich Liquid Malt Extract

  • 3 lbs Dark Munich
  • .5 lbs Dextrine/Carafoam

  • 2 oz Mt Hood (5 minutes)

Yeast

  • Belgian Golden Ale
