Jeff Hardesty, founder and brewer of Narrow Gauge in Florissant, Missouri, shares this recipe as part of his All Access course on brewing fruited milkshake and sour IPAs. This is a homebrew-scale base recipe for milkshake IPA, including lactose, vanilla, plenty of dry hops, and any sort of fruit you want.
