What the brewers say

“Brewed with flaked maize, lime juice, Czech Saaz, and Motueka hops.”

What our panel thought

“Malt-foward with a kiss of sweet lime zest to keep it drinkable and honest. The flavor drops off a bit. Bready malt and sweet corn-on-the-cob preview an effervescent, dry finish. Very clean, but the acidity doesn’t match the lime aroma, and that’s a bit off-putting.”

What our editors thought

“Subtle layered lime notes in the nose with a bright minerality. Hefty malt in the sip gets cut instantly by lime acidity and a touch of bitterness, but resurfaces in the lingering lime finish.”
