What the brewers say

"Aged two years in French oak wine barrels."

What our panel thought

"Mild white grape, light dusty/musky note, mild lemon/lime, white grape. Flavor is very white-grape and wine-skin forward. Moderate grainy/cereal. Acidity balanced by good complexity of acidic fruit. Great carbonation. Finish very dry. Much more wine-like than beer."

What our editors thought

"Cotton-candy-grape nose, subtly sweet body with very light acidity and faint fermentation character. Screams for a touch of bitterness to shape and structure the soft, sweet grape."
