“Subdued lemon-herbal aroma; bready cracker malt and light mango-tropical hops. Citrus-herbal flavor; smooth, distinct bitterness, moderately low sweetness. Body seems a little thin, light. My impression is more pale ale than IPA. Balance is a bit odd.”

American Solera I Wanna Talk About Mosaic

“Peppery tropical-fruit salad, melon, citrus, and pine say, ‘Drink me.’ Dank, earthy, and a bit vegetal in the aroma, with some subtle hints of garlic and chives. Sweet malt supports the peach and strawberry notes dancing in the background, while the soft bitterness blurs the line between juicy and West Coast.”

Not Northern German pils bitterness, but still pronounced.”
