Our pilsner is light, crisp, and refreshing, for those hot days or night in the desert.

What our panel thought

Wonderful spicy-floral hop aroma, soft but pleasant, blends with light grainy malt. Herbal and bright, like woodruff with a hint of lemon-lime. Sweet malt up front but thin, delicate on the palate, with slight lime-pepper hop flavor. Goes crisp and dry. Easy drinking. Nice hop character.

What our editors thought

Floral hops aroma with an almost dried stone fruit tea tinge. The sip leans to the sweet malt side, amplifying the dried fruit tea character, but with a brisk herbal element for structure.

Floral, almost soapy, with spicy noble-hops notes and a slightly heavy sweet malt background. Rich body adds some nice grainy complexity, but the finish comes across a bit heavy for a Pilsner. Reminiscent of a stronger pre-Prohibition American light lager with hints of corn sweetness, pleasant hops character, and just a touch of bitterness to balance.

Aroma of Juicy Fruit, coconut, pineapple, passionfruit, earthy pine. In the flavor: kiwi, cantaloupe, oranges. Pleasant and present hop bitterness lingers nicely on the tongue, just enough to balance those sweet flavors. Well executed. Very enjoyable. Nicely put together.

“Floral, soapy hop aromatics with a hint of pine and clean, light malt notes. Pine is more expressive in the flavor but balances with the floral bitterness. Overall bitterness is balanced by a clean malt sweetness. Finishes clean, crisp, dry.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit
