What the brewers say

“Huge doses of Galaxy, Motueka, Waimea, Simcoe, Citra hops.”

What our panel thought

“In the aroma, notes of orange, grapefruit, and lemonade mingle with some light pine and a pleasant hint of earthiness. Creamy malt background intertwines with bright citrus-forward hop flavors. As the sip lingers, hints of resinous pine and a light earthiness emerge and then linger into the bitter, but enjoyable, finish.”

What our editors thought

“Guava and standing puddles, fresh rain and white-wine grape. The sip balances medium herbal bitterness with gentle notes.”
