“Nose of dark chocolate, red fruits, vanilla, bread. Molasses leads the flavor profile with some dark bread crusts and unsweetened chocolate. Nice balance between maltiness and bitterness. Espresso and mocha flavors, with enough bitterness to balance.”

“Very subtle bread-crust nose with faint chocolate tones and a bit of tangerine. Slightly astringent, with assertive malt tannins. Lighter bitterness without excessive sweetness.”
