What the brewers say

"Brewed with 100% Polish grown Lunga hops, a touch of Biscuit malt and a touch of flaked maize."

What our panel thought

"Malt forward nose, like freshly-milled Vienna malt, carries on through to the flavor with honey, cereal, and bread crust. Moderately high earthy hop notes define the aroma. Hop bitterness leans toward the low end, but not in a bad way. The flavor has a slightly biscuity malt backbone supporting an interesting herbal and earthy hop character with some spicy white pepper notes. Hints of peppery, floral hops. Excellent clarity and a big fluffy bright white head. Enjoyable."

What our editors thought

"Toasty nutty note in the nose, but the broadly grassy herbal hops in the sip add a more classic tinge. Clean sulfur adds a nice structure."
