Parish Brewing Dr. Juice
What the brewers say
"Aroma and taste are full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice."
What our panel thought
"Welch’s Grape on the nose. More tropical as it opens: grapefruit, lemon, papaya, pineapple, pine. After aroma, flavors relatively muted. Lush juiciness—lemon, grapefruit, grape-must, balanced with earth and pine. Medium-light body. Would liven up a summer afternoon."
What our editors thought
"Soft melon on the nose, round and gentle. The sip is cleaner and brighter—relatively dry with a soft citrus bitterness. Designed for drinking more than one. Contrite and lean but pleasing."
