Fruit-salad aroma—cherry, orange, passion fruit—with an enticing green-tea element. Passion fruit leaps to the fore in the flavor pulling the citrus along, with building guava in the finish. Sugary notes linger mid-palate; fruit-driven tartness. Quite drinkable. Pleasant tropical fruit cocktail.

Stunning peachy color. Bright tropical nose balances indulgent sweet notes with earthy funk. On the sip, a sweet wave buffers the carbonic bite; candied tropical fruit crashes through. The sweetness carries a saccharine note, drying out quickly.

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
