“Aroma of sweet malt, whiskey/oak, with a touch of umami. Flavor is sweet, chocolate, assertive whiskey. Oak and whiskey notes accentuate a distinct roast note from start to finish. A crisp bitterness initially overbalances the flavor but comes into balance finally.”
