What the brewers say

“Zippy, with a crackery malt profile and a clean, drying finish.”

What our panel thought

“Slightly sweet, nutty malt nose with some underlying fresh bread. Green candied hops lead into a toasty, bready malt character. Sort of a spritzy liquid candy, with hints of pink lemonade and a touch of oregano and coriander. Off-dry finish. Enthusiastic bitterness. Surprising American-like hop flavors.”

What our editors thought

“Light malt in the aroma with a touch of raspberry and grass. Big and chunky woody or cacao husk note in the flavor amplifies the bitterness.”
