What the brewers say

“Belgian-style witbier with coriander and bitter orange peel.”

What our panel thought

“Strikingly light-colored and clear. Soft nose. Bready notes give way to hints of white pepper and coriander plus some citrus and fruity esters. A tart and bitter initial sip leans into spicy and floral notes, then a nice malty sweetness emerges. Bright and refreshing.”

What our editors thought

“Defined fermentation note in the nose, with a beautiful Noble-hop tone. Gorgeous tension in the sip between the looser floral notes and the firm hops.”
