What the brewers say

"A wild ale fermented with Lacto, Brett, and a saison yeast strain in a French oak foeder."

What our panel thought

"Funky and lightly tart with a quite restrained sourness. Pleasing funky complexity in the aroma with hints of leather, barnyard, and peach. Sweet lemon and orange-like citrus notes float over some restrained oak-derived notes of caramel and vanilla."

What our editors thought

"Attractively fruity hops on the nose present a citrusy character with some moderate funk. On the sip, acidity is controlled and the citrus constrained, yielding a nicely balanced pale sour."
