“Smooth bourbon with rich vanilla and cream aroma and flavor. Evokes decadent German chocolate cake doused in bourbon. Dark plum, chocolate, and bourbon. Despite the rich flavors, the beer is not overly sweet. Intriguing.”

“Fruit wood and smoky notes in the aroma, round with subtle stone-fruit edges. Light but balanced in the sip, less overtly smoky with friendly milk chocolate and a subdued barrel. A pinot noir in a world of big cabs.”
