"Huge pineapple, orange, lemon, lemongrass; low vanilla note, hint of bread crust. Low sweetness, moderate bitterness, slight acidity in the finish. Hop flavors dominate: orange, grapefruit peel, mango, peach. Lingering bitterness doesn’t detract from killer aroma. Good drinkability, solid, summery."

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
