What the brewers say

Oak-aged Missouri farmhouse ale.

What our panel thought

Funky bouquet of citrus pith, earth, leather, peach, vanilla, and hints of sour cherry. Gently tart flavor with soft, pillowy malt and round funky-yeasty flavors that play nicely together. Subtle oak and grape-like notes. Delicate, dry, stone-fruit finish. Get me a big bottle of this with cheese and crackers.

What our editors thought

Light, powdery nose with white flowers, linen, old parchment, and faint lime and yuzu. In the sip, a light woody note juxtaposes with a soft lemony tartness, resolving into a light citrus hit. So simple, so light, so full of flavor.
