"Moderate caramel note dominates aroma. Light vanilla and light woody tannins. Flavor starts with nicely balanced mild sour-cherry tartness. A lightly toasty, almost roasty, light sweetness. Leathery Brett notes add a light astringency."

"Woody, toasty malt note under apple and light grape in the nose. The sip brings more red grape, a mid-sharp acidity, sour citrus and lemon peel, and a pithy bitterness."
