Wonderfully floral and fruity aroma, presumably from the prickly pear.” **Flavor:** “Strong prickly pear, candy, and green-apple taste, with light raspberry and hibiscus notes. The sweetness is overshadowed by the Brett funk and biscuit maltiness, which is common among young _Brett_ beers. Husky, earthy, somewhat sweet aftertaste.” **Overall:** “One of the prettiest beers out there, with a brilliant clear pink that invites you to drink it.
