What the brewers say

A crisp, classic Pilsner that carefully balances malt and hops, with notes of breakfast cereal, floral, citrus, and berry.

What our panel thought

Citrus-floral hop aroma—bright and threatening to lift off from Planet Noble—with underlying sweet malt. Flavor brings floral hop, light grass, and herbal-spicy bitterness, safely landing the ship back in classical country. Crisp; slightly thin—wants malt oomph. Fun and crushable.

What our editors thought

Gorgeous and bright citrus blossom floral nose offers an unexpected entrance. The sip delivers more of the same, with a lower bitterness that highlights the fruitier hops elements. Yet, it still maintains a pilsner core with a pleasant minerality and zippy bitterness.
