"Pleasant, dark-mochaccino nose; medium-high minerals with low chocolate roast, earthy hops. Medium-high roast bitterness with very floral hops; light on the palate, earthy. Smooth, pleasant roast-and-hop bitterness lingers through bone-dry finish; light acidic tang and grainy astringency."

"Faint smoke and roast in the nose with thin dark-chocolate notes. Light body shows a touch of ashiness as the sip progresses, but a hit of sharp dark chocolate sweeps through toward the finish to clean it up."
