“Imagine if borscht were transformed into a beautiful debutante. It’s attractive, but it’s still borscht. Beets on the nose, beets on the palate, beets on the finish. But it’s not too dry, not too earthy, and surprisingly pleasant.”

“Earthy beet nose with a hint of sweetness and a shocking magenta color. Slight herbal and bitter notes play against the sweetness for a punchy and jagged energy. It maintains a lightness through the sip despite the strong earthy notes.”
