“Warm, Brett-driven funk in the nose suggests lawn clippings, pineapple peels, squeeze of Key lime. Lively mouthfeel, fairly bitter, nicely dry. Almost tobacco-like hop flavor. Bitterness winds up slightly resinous but endearing.”

“Exuberant carbonation. Bright aroma, with white pepper, tropical-floral notes, and even guava. Regimented in the sip, with a woody, tannic dryness that gives order to the looser aroma notes.”
