What the brewers say

“Big maple and bourbon aroma supports the pecan, whiskey, and sweet honey malt flavors. The sensory experience of decadent baklava.”

What our panel thought

“First impressions in the nose are caramel, apple, coconut with some toasted hazelnuts and plum as it warms. Flavor is dark fruit, toasted nuts, bread crust, and brown sugar. The star is the alcohol for its spicy contribution along with some nice dark cherry notes.”

What our editors thought

“Caramel apple with a touch of coconut aroma. Spicy notes come forward in the flavor, amplified by the ethanol.”
