“Very floral-forward hop aroma. Solid spicy notes as well with a hint of something metallic. Malt is a bit subdued, bready. Soft, bready, biscuit malt flavor with less complexity than some classic Czech pales. Soft, rounded floral, spicy bitterness. Clean. Bright and pleasant water profile. Finishes with a hint of sweetness and soft lingering bitterness.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
