“Aromatic with delicate apple, hints of orange floral, leather, wet hay, horse blanket. Flavor is a well-balanced mélange of classic spontaneously fermented funk and dry cider. Honey-like floral notes, mid-palate.”

“Subtle Brett saison notes in the aroma, with a bit of peach and a hint of pear or apple. Light rustic grain. Full in the flavor, trading the Brett notes of the nose for a substantial and apparently sweet body that’s fruity without bitter or sharp fermentation notes.”
