“Leitmotif of onion, leek, caraway, plus pineapple, dank, orange—mix of new and old school. Bigger flavor flourish: Enjoyed the complexity of oniony hops, ebbing nicely with soft bitterness; orange also stands out. Moderately sweet and bitter, balanced, as sweetness fades into the finish.”
