Cinderlands Beer Co. Czech Them Buns

What the brewers say

“Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt and Czech Kazbek hops.”

What our panel thought

“First impression is of herbal hops, wood and pine, sweet crackers, and faint sulfur. Lightly sweet malt flavor dissipates and lets herbal, spicy hops take over. Caramel character helps balance hop character but also makes it a little too sweet for the style.”

What our editors thought

“Aroma leans toward citrus blossom, floral but a bit sweet, with just a bit of herbal undertone. Regimented herbal notes in the flavor hit in light, short, repeating rhythm while the lighter body rushes to keep up.”

Cinderlands Beer Co. Lil' Cinder Lime

“Aroma has a big burst of lime but doesn’t overpower and lets the corny malt base mingle as well. Lime dominates the flavor and would go great with a salted rim. Balanced finish and natural lime flavor.”

Cinderlands Beer Co. Tracks Again

“Slightly malty nose with Grape Nuts, sweet bread, a hint of sulfur, and hay. Could spend part of an afternoon smelling the perfume-like hops. Yeast-malt combination is spot on, like the smell of bread a few minutes into the oven. Excellent combination of hop bitterness and flavor.”

Cinderlands Beer Co. HAHPS

“Assertive hop aroma of peaches, orange peel, pineapple. Medium malt aroma. Bright herbal, grassy hop flavors with a burst of pineapple, mango dominating the finish. Crisp bitterness almost balances the sweetness. Leans New England.”
