“A light ruby-colored beer with moderate clarity and little-to-no head. An herbal aroma, reminiscent of cucumbers, parsley, and lime zest. The flavor is definitely fresh watermelon, with rose water and a peppery-like, fruity spice flavor in the swallow. Quite tart, but not sour, with no real malt character. Lime hangs around through the aftertaste, where it tends to dominate alongside the faint lactic sourness. Pleasant mouthfeel, not thin, with a fruity sugar character without being sweet. No alcohol presence.”

“A fantastic incorporation of basil throughout provides the through-line on which the rest of the beer is built. The peach adds earthiness and sweetness and a bitter edge to the finish. Definitely up there on the weird scale, but very well executed.”

“Aroma of passion fruit, guava, and peach blends with floral notes in an inviting, fruit-forward nose. The initially tart sip slowly fades into sweeter lemon, passion fruit, and orange zest. Gentle, mouth-coating and sourness. Light body. Finishes quickly, with a slight bready note.”
