What the brewers say

Aged in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels for 14 months, then treated with Ugandan vanilla beans.

What our panel thought

Aroma is dominated by Lucky Charms marshmallows, dark chocolate, and a light barrel presence. Taste is intensely dried fruit–driven, followed by dried marshmallows and bourbon. Sweet-leaning balance. The marshmallow character fades to a deep rich toffee character in the finish.

What our editors thought

The richest of rich and sweet vanilla notes in the nose. The sip is very light chocolate with intense vanilla, but certainly balanced toward the lighter side with just a bit of balancing bourbon character.
