“Light, roasty cocoa aroma. Heavy burnt roast dominates the flavor, with a touch of caramel. Burnt flavor lingers into the finish. Drinks like a dry stout, and a nice one at that, with a fairly clean finish.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
