“Muted aroma with low hops and hints of caramel and toast. Murky. Moderate, but simple, caramel and toast flavor. After an initial hit of sweetness, black pepper, anise, pine, and light grassy notes emerge. Balance is even between malt and hops, but flavors meld well.”

“Bold caramel citrus notes in the nose with light herbal overtones. The sip leans bitter as piney forest hops push forward. Finishes with a lingering soft bitterness.”
