What the brewers say

"Dry-hopped table saison."

What our panel thought

"Funk-forward; classic barnyard hay, leather, and some light citrus; lemon-drop hops, floral and perfume-like. Flavor matches aroma, but falls a bit flat. Quite dry, some astringency."

What our editors thought

"Bright lemongrass-and-lime hops note, with a touch of malt undertone. The sip avoids the heavy hops character suggested by the nose, with a quick, mildly bitter finish. Confident, contemporary."

Roaring Table Brewing Beth

“Light floral hops in the aroma punctuated by a peppery phenolic note and a hint of barnyard. Pineapple and stewed fruit. Balanced bitterness and effervescence, but the mineral character strips nuance.”

Jester King Brewery Le Petit Prince

“Spicy, cardamom-like nose with an acidic, pineapple twang. A crackery malt flavor hides behind a strong funky yeast character. Dry and substantially bitter but a wisp of residual sugars leads to a pleasant finish.”

Birds Fly South Rustic Sunday

Funk-forward: spice, earthy Brett, barnyard, wet hay, wet stone, cannabis, and a weird green chili note. More green chili in the flavor; low sweetness, firm acidity, pleasantly tart. Notes of lemon, orange citrus, melon, pineapple.
