“Incredibly light in color, nearly water-like. Spicy, herbal, citrusy hops and crackery malt; a dose of swampy sulfur. Nice bitterness level carries this extremely light beer. Flavor skewed toward hops and watery finish. Sharp, prickly effervescence.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
