“Very little aroma, just a wisp of white bread. Sweet cereal maltiness interplays with a substantial salty, mineral presence. Low hop bitterness, but the minerality helps pull together a relatively clean finish. There is a hint of shellfish, but it’s a hint and not overpowering.”

“Vinous sur lees umami notes in the nose with a touch of Noble floral background. Herbal spice in the sip with a lime brightness, full without feeling heavy.”
